Biohof Achleitner, Eferding

The architecture of the whole building is based upon the construction techniques used in passive energy houses. The logistics area, which is the closest to the agricultural activities of the Biohof, is insulated using straw from the fields of the Biohof. To optimise the interior climate, the perishables storage rooms have their roofs glazed with DLS COOLSHADE HR. Constant light and temperature conditions with U_g= 1,1 W/m².K are achieved. The office area, as a sign openness and transparency of the business has a glass frontage using CLIMAPLUS.
