Breitenfurterstrasse, Vienna

Along the heavily trafficked Breitenfurterstraße, this building stretches 120 m long, with five storeys of semi-transparent glass facade, which acts as an acoustic barrier without appearing like one. With its LITEX screen-printed red forest pattern, the wall is a very tactile interface which communicates between inside and outside. The facade glazing of the stairwells and connecting building, as well as the parapet glass with LITEX custom design use the LITE-WALL MONO point-fixed system. The roof level has ROOFLITE canopies fixed onto steel beams.
