Haus der Barmherzigkeit, Vienna

The new build of the “Hauses der Barmherzigkeit” in Vienna-Ottakring takes the existing structures of the block buildings and gives a new interpretation through a chamber-like construction. An obvious structuring of the facade is achieved by the thermally-broken veranda elements which sit forward. The complete glass look has a horizontal accent using a custom SERALIT LITEX screen-prints. To improve the level of living comfort, CLIMAPLUS ACOUSTIC was used in the facade for better acoustic and thermal performance.
