The two main bodies of the building are executed in strict orthogonal pattern. The subdivision is evident in the facades where 1 x 1m units have been employed which also act as leading lines for columns, ceilings and roofs.
These elements are taken to a second level when the hotel lobby and terrace are seen, taking the form of elevators, stairs and passages. A frameless glass wall brings transparency as well as a definition of zoning to the great hall. The flower walls are the third element of these levels and provide contact between the architecture and the landscape beyond. The fourth wall type is the highly technical glass / cable wall which separates the terrace, lobby and porch areas.

All of these walls are in glass, most with screen printed coating. These coated glass units are the significant elements for the façade, the roof and the internal glazing, whereby optimal acoustic, glare and solar control is achieved within the design concept.
