Lentos Art Museum, Linz

The first use of a new, partial rather than full coverage coating technology has been employed on this project in the form of abrasion- and weather-resistant chrome-mirror.
The exterior walls of the complete museum building are clad with a glass facade of 1200 individual units. As one nears the facade, only reflective patches are obvious, but as one gets even closer these patches become clear individual passages of text:
10 cm high letters create an infinitive repetition of the words "Kunstmuseum Lentos".
