Patchwork – like a mosaic of colour – the glass tower seems to grow out of its clean foundation. Alsop & Störmer have used advanced glass technology to give the city a refreshing lift. A total of 5.000m² glass was produced – CLIMAPLUS, with single or quadruple screen-print in the vision areas, laminated glass with double or quadruple screen-print and tempered glass with full coverage screen-print for the spandrel areas. There were a total of 142 different designs necessary to create the extraordinary appearance of this magnificent structure.
