Tech Gate Tower, Vienna

The architectural concept for Tech Gate in Donau-City Vienna goes over and above the conventional standard for offices in that it concentrates on area efficiency. The exterior walls are storey height facade elements with 1.5 m wide glazed parapets and strip windows above. Every second window axis in the typical facade has an opening vent so that each office has at least one point of access to ventilation. The facade is generally glazed with SUNEX solar control glass with specific areas having graduated LITEX screen-print to provide additional solar and glare control.
