Evaluations on the subject of delivery date accuracy also show a positive picture similar to that of customer satisfaction.

As can be seen in the table, the measured objective of delivery date accuracy is continually above the 90% mark and achieves highs of up to 98%. The results of the customer survey indicate that the given subjective values are also very high and almost identical to the values in the objective delivery date accuracy. Almost 40% of those surveyed are „very happy“ with the achieved delivery dates and more than 40% are „happy“.

The calculation of the objective delivery date accuracy is based on the number of deliveries which were actually confirmed and delivered on the advised date within the calculation period. These were set in relation to delivery delays.
