The manufacture of safety glass products requires stringent standardised product quality. The processing conditions required for this, come from (apart from the choice of suitable basis product) the important control of the equipment, maintenance of product specification and external influences such as air humidity and temperature etc.

We determine all quality relevant order and individual product processing steps and issue this as active information to the person responsible for the production. Deviations are analysed and necessary corrective measures are introduced. This procedure allows us to guarantee compliance with the highest possible standards of quality. Each individual production order is documented and can be traced.

All production parameters are documented through a production-specific data processing system and then archived. With this ECKELT achieves a safety standard which is well above the published norm.
